The customer is solely responsible for the shipping expenses related to the return of any merchandise. D7 Swim AUSTRALIA is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Unless otherwise requested shipments from D7 Swim AUSTRALIA do not carry the requirement of signature upon delivery. Please note that your order will be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. D7 Swim AUSTRALIA is unable to reroute packages. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within AUSTRALIA, sales tax will only be charged on orders. Upon the completion of checkout, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. If client is shipping to a destination outside AUSTRALIA, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government in addition to D7 Swim AUSTRALIA shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 10% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipped from Brisbane QLD AUSTRALIA, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in AUD. Clients who receive orders internationally are responsible for all freight and customs charges associated with their orders. All orders shipped outside of AUSTRALIA are final sale.
